Refund Policy

This policy covers Self-Build.

What you buy

• Self-Build costs SAR 3,746, paid once. The payment page is in English and charges in US dollars: $999.
• It opens the platform to you for 6 months from the day you pay.
• Nothing renews on its own, and your card is not charged again. To continue after the 6 months, you buy again.
• Your information is kept for 1 year after access ends, then deleted.

Refunds

• You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of paying, as long as you have not finished the questions of the first model.
• After that, the amount is not refunded, in whole or in part, including for months you did not use.
• A double charge, or a charge made in error, is always refunded in full.

How to ask

• Email support@strategy2action.com from the email you paid with, and give the date of payment.
• You get a reply within 2 working days, and the refund is sent within 5 working days of the request being accepted.
• The refund goes back to the card you paid with, in US dollars. Your bank sets the exchange rate and how long it takes to appear.

After a refund

• Access to the platform ends on the day of the refund.
• Your information is treated as for any ended access: kept for 1 year, then deleted. If you ask, it is deleted sooner.
