Why This Exists

Since the start of my career, I've been drawn to inception -- where systems are still being imagined.

I helped launch Argaam, the Arab world's leading financial news portal. Built the strategic planning function from zero for a 400-entity holding group. Led the corporatization of Almutlaq Group -- tripled EBITDA, achieved 200% of three-year KPIs.

After 400+ engagements, I noticed one pattern.
